I called on Wednesday to get an appointment for Thursday for myself and my two daughters (two colors and one highlight). I was told "no problem! give us a call around two tomorrow and we'll get you on the list". I'm thinking this is awesome because the four other places I called didn't have the time. So noon time Thursday I call to make the appointments, (thinking the earlier the better) and after some hemming and hawing she grudgingly says "I guess we can get you in if you're here by 3:30"; I agree and hang up. Not five minutes later she's calling me back to say no they can't get us all in they can only take two of us, "you see there's only four of us here today....", and if I want the space we have to be there by three. First I say no thanks and hang up, I'm a bit angry now for being jerked around and the woman on the phone acting like she was doing me a big favor for agreeing to color my girls hair ( uhhh isn't that her job??). Anyway I call back and say I will take the appointments after all we'll be there by three.
Deserea did an outstanding job on my hair. She listen to what I was interested in, made thoughtful suggestions and was positively delightful. Thanks for a great haircut.
So Supercuts you not only need lessons in customer service but a reminder that just because a salon is small doesn't mean they aren't any good, we'll choose them over you every time.
They are fast, friendly, affordable, professional, and knowledgeable here, and its clean and well maintained.

We get there early to show the pictures of what the girls would like to have and guess what! They don't have those types of colors! I had mentioned that the girls wanted a deep burgundy the day before and was told "no problem!". So I'm pissed by then and this girl who was holding the dull brown swatches in her hands says to us, " I normally don't sugest this * sympathetic wince and sigh * but that place in walmart has those type of colors. I don't like suggesting them because * another wince and sigh* I'm not sure of their experience or abilities". I just smile and say thanks anyway, (while I'm saying some interesting things in my head) and we load in the car and go to walmart. Smart Style ( AKA that place in walmart) not only got us in with a smile and a bit of excitement after seeing how excited my girls were to finally get their hair done, but they did an AMAZING job! You'd never know one of my girls had two tone hair in the beginning of the process because of how well the stylist did. Both women kept up a conversation with them and answered all the questions they asked. Not once did they treat us like we were a chore. Also I was very happily surprised with the cost, one flat rate with none of the "level of experience " BS.
