This store is meticulously maintained and has the most helpful staff of just about any kind of retail store I have ever been in.
Noone around to help. Once got someone, in the middle of helping us, she said it was time to go home and left. Noone else came to help us. Went to Orange store to buy our flooring.
While my initial interaction with the service person in the appliances department was amazing. The follow through has been less than desirable. First, we were told they would try to expedite the delivery as we were without a dryer (no call was ever made). Second, they call on Monday and state they will be delivering on Wednesday between 8-12 and will call 15min before to notify us of there arrival. At 11:30, not so much as a call. I call the store and state that we were scheduled for delivery and am looking to see where they are at as after 12 we would be unavailable. Response was, "they do this every day, they will call you. We can't call them". Super helpful. I then reiterate that it would be helpful to know their status as we can't be home after 12 and if they will be after that, I don't want to waste there time. Response was simply "OK" in an extremely rude tone.
Most likely will not do business with this company again...At least not anything that needs to be delivered.
Lowes has prettier, more decorative items than Home Depot in my opinion. Don't use the contractor hacks for either store, get your own reputable contractors for any project.
Always had pleasant experiences with this Lowe's. Paint dept staff was particularly helpful and knowledgeable.
