UPDATE: So after another crappy night sleep on our old bed we decided to change our mind on the bed that we bought. Jess was amazing and so accommodating. She got us such a great deal and we left happy. Today a day after she had to call me and let me know our order has been delayed by a couple of days because of an issue with the warehouse. After another delivery issue this morning with another company who had an issue but never called to let me know Jess didn't realize what a great service she was delivering to me. Highly recommend this store.
No pressure sale, no hidden fees. Sam Oppenheim and his area manager (Gigiovani) were incredibly personable, helpful, truthful and went above and beyond to assist in our decision making process. As a veteran I am always very thankful when a discount is offered - due to my service to our country.

Darren the store manager was very thorough in asking us about health problems to make sure that our mattress would be the best option for us.
